Hello there!

My name's Ann Mary Thomas & I'm so glad you made your way to this corner!
So, I'm a third-culture kid born and brought up in the Middle East, currently living in India.
PS: I mention the third-culture thing because its shaped a lot of who I am.
I'm a cradle Catholic of the Syro-Malabar rite (Eastern Catholic Church) & had a major conversion of the heart through the sacrament of the Holy Qurbana (Holy Eucharist), which totally changed my relationship with Christ and the Church.
I grew up reading Enid Blyton, L.M Montgomery, Agatha Christie, Kate Douglas Wiggin & all sorts of fiction.
These days I'm more captivated by non-fiction esp. in religion, psychology & medicine (My formal degree is in Pharmacy!).
I also write - poetry has my heart.
I've always been a lover of the written word & ever since I fell in love with the Catholic Church, I've just been learning & soaking up her wisdom & I can't resist writing them down as I journey deeper.
Also (borrowing the words of the brilliant Flannery O'Connor), I write to discover what I know.
So, thanks for looking around & I hope these pages help you in some way to love Christ & His Church better.
God bless,

Ann.
